Brute Splicer. It’s a regular Splicer that’s, shall we say, evolved?
Story for this one is that you’re the big daddy and you have to protect the girls i think. I know there’s a big sister too who’s watching you all the time and will eventually attack you if you hurt the little sisters. She’s supposed to be super strong to match your strength.
